Access to Early Stimulation & Learning and Intergrated package services for children

The Kenya Kwanza Government promised to increase access to early stimulation and learning and to prioritize an integrated package of services for young children.

These include fragmented coordination between national and county governments, insufficient funding for non-educational ECD components, and persistent inequalities in access and quality for children in marginalized regions
