Build fully equipped Technical Training and Vocational Education Training Institutions (TVETs) in the remaining 52 constituencies within the first two years.
The President promised to employ over 2,000 new teachers for the TVETs all across the country on the 22nd of April 2023. Furthermore, he promised to double the funding allocated to higher learning institutions.
On the 3rd of May 2023, the President unveiled the Higher Education Funding meant to provide funds for students in higher learning institutions. This new funding is meant to address issues faced by TVETs and Universities.
