The Kenya Kwanza government made a commitment to appoint all judges nominated by the Judicial Service Commission to the Court of Appeal.
On 13th September, 2023, the president ordered the swearing-in of six Judges recommended for appointment to the Court of Appeal and the Environment and Land Court by the Judicial Service Commission.
