On the 26th of September 2023, the proposed Digital Health Bill was read before parliament a second time and in the report was a proposal that the Bill may be passed so as to provide the Ministry of Health with the definitive rates of malnutrition in the country. This would be a step towards the President’s five-year plan of eradicating malnutrition.
