Build an Agile public sector workforce

The Kenya Kwanza government promised to build a highly skilled, agile, and responsive public sector workforce with appropriate roles for civil servants and other service providers.

The former Cabinet Secretary of Public Service, Moses Kuria, announced the Public Service Rapid Results Initiative, which was going to have a measurable performance matrix for public servants as a plan to transform public service.
