Build an Agile public sector workforce

The Kenya Kwanza government promised to build a highly skilled, agile, and responsive public sector workforce with appropriate roles for civil servants and other service providers.

The government is implementing its promise through a series of training, digitization, and performance management
The Public service ministry reports a 13% in trained NYS men and women as of 2025 from 2022 as well as a 282% increase in recruitment for the National Youth Service.
