Allocate 50% of revenue generated from Tsavo National Park to Taita Taveta County

On 23rd July 2023, the President promised that Taita Taveta County would receive 50% of the revenue collected from Tsavo National Park.

On 11th December 2025, President Ruto publicly stated that the revenue from Tsavo National Park would not be shared, as it is allegedly too little. This followed numerous stalls on the implementation of the promise.
