Quasi-judicial public inquiry

The Kenya Kwanza government promised to establish, within 30 days, a quasi-judicial public inquiry to establish the extent of cronyism and State Capture in the nation and make recommendations.

The 30-day deadline passed without the implementation of the promise, and President William Ruto has since reiterated it in public events, but there is no public record of its implementation.
