Ratification of International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances

The Kenya Kwanza government vowed to ratify and domesticate the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances.

As of 25th February 2026, Kenya is a signatory (signed 6th February 2007) but has not yet ratified the treaty.
