Establish Administrative Appeals Tribunal

The Kenya Kwanza Government promised to end ethnic profiling in the issuing of identity documents. Specifically, the Kenya Kwanza Government promised to establish an Administrative Appeals Tribunal to ensure a fair and transparent process in the registration of persons, with clear appeal procedure of not more than 14 days if a person is denied registration.
