Operationalization of the Judiciary Fund

The Kenya Kwanza Government promised to entrench the independence of the Judiciary by operationalising the Judiciary Fund.

In August 2022,the Judiciary Fund was fully operational, and will aid in the planning and timely execution of operations and projects.
