Operationalize the Judiciary Fund

The Kenya Kwanza committed to respecting the Judiciary in a bid to foster constitutional and democratic systems by operationalising the Judiciary Fund in a bid to uphold the independence of the Judiciary.

The fund was operationalised on the 11th of August 2022. The Treasury loaded Sh9 billion into the Judiciary Fund in 2022, the half-year budget for 2022/2023.
