Have 50% of the Cabinet held by women

President Ruto signed a women’s charter detailing policy interventions that his government will put in place to ensure inclusion in his government.

The promise has however not been kept as only 7 out of 20 Cabinet Secretaries and 12 out of 51 Principal Secretaries are women.
